I have always been interested in food, even developed a passion for it in my earlier years.
But not until I worked in a school cafeteria kitchen did I fully appreciate having a true passion
for food and all of the different designs and tastes that had sorely been left out of my life.
You may think you know everything there is to know about your passion, then an experience
comes along to completely change everything and your eyes are quickly opened.
